Service - Documents:
The service follow-up manages items that were sold using INTEGRAL or items that we produced for them a yearly service-invoice or unique service-invoice. The service module tracks items that we created a package for them at the time of selling or when providing a service-invoice.
We can track guarantee/service periods according to the guarantee period that was determined in the item card. We can control the guarantee of every serial item according to its card. In the item card we can choose the option to manage it by serial number or not.

Service Call Document example:
As we can see in the screenshot below we must choose the client, the technician, the item and its serial number. In addition, we can add the fault details, notes and more.
For an existing service-call, we can edit by typing F9 upon entering the document and filling in its reference number.
