Documents

The SALES opening window :

At  the top we can see the main categories:

SALES, STOCK, PURCHASING, MANUFACTURING, ACCOUNTING or SERVICE.

Under any category you see a second category such as DOCUMENTS, REPORTSCUSTOMERS and more.

In the left part of the window we can define shortcuts to the functions that we use the most.

From here we can produce any sales documents such as price-quotes, orders, packing-list or invoices. 

In addition there are 10 extra sales documents that can be defined by the user to meet the needs of the company.

 

  The Invoice window :

 At the top we choose the customer.  We can directly write a number or use the customer index for a search. Other fields in the document contain information such as the warehouse ,agent , free comment etc. Red fields are  "out of stock". More field can be added to the documents as a title or as a column .We can choose fields to present and  from them choose which ones we want to print . 

 

CUSTOMERS index/search:

Searching is possible by means of Name, Number , Address, Phone number ,Group and many more.

Note that you can search using "equal" or "containing" name. We can use the search type greater than and smaller than to present a range of customers  in the index .

 ITEMS index/search:

 Searching is possible by means of Name, Number, Address, Product group and many more.

Right Click Menu in documents :

While working on a document you can view and update many things .

You can open/update customers or items, see price-list history

save document  temporarily , edit lines (copy, paste, delete etc.) & many more.

approving:

Approving a document until the end will take us to the following window:

PRINT (to default printer or select a different one) FAX or E-mail and also Save to file (excel or word etc.) or save without printing by using the CTRL+Z keys.
